Whatever you type into the form: your name, email, company or website, phone number if you give it, your message, the options you pick about your project, and your discount code if you have one. We use it only to get back to you and, if we move forward, to put together a proposal.

Your consent, which you give by checking the box before you hit send. You can withdraw it at any time.

As long as it takes to handle your request and, if we end up working together, as long as the relationship and the law require. Otherwise, we delete it.

Nobody, for commercial purposes. The technical providers that keep the website and email running (hosting on Cloudflare and whichever email delivery service we use) process it on our behalf.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to nacho@berraco.studio. If you think we haven’t handled it right, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
